[Press Release] Korea Cannabis Certification Institute Announces Collaboration with KCBD center to build a Cannabis Ecosystem in Asia.

Cannabis testing labs of all sizes are faced with expanding analytical challenges and diverse regulations.

 

‘Korea Medical Cannabis Organization’, the think tank that passed the ‘medical cannabis’ law for the first time in Asia, established ‘Korea Cannabis Certification Institute’.

 

KCCI established a Cannabis testing lab in Korea in collaboration with Dr. Namsoo Peter Kim.

 

Dr. Namsoo Peter Kim’s KCBD Center is conducting research to revitalize the consumer-specific telemedicine business through cannabis analysis technology, and is promoting standardization of cannabis analysis and establishment of protocols, and globalization of cannabis component application technology.

 

KCCI will analyze samples requested by Korean and overseas universities, overseas reagent producers, research institutes, and cannabis companies through Perkin Elmer’s system and carry out certification projects.

KMCO played a role of representing patients and their families in the Asian region in the vote to amend ‘Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs’ in UN.
